San Diego Defense Day Terms and Conditions

By attending or participating in San Diego Defense Day (the “Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not attend or participate in the Event.

Participation in the Event is subject to the availability of space and resources. San Diego Defense Day reserves the right to refuse admission or participation to any individual or entity.

3. Liability

San Diego Defense Day and its affiliates, sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by attendees or participants during the Event. Attendees and participants assume all risks associated with attending the Event.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the Event, its materials, and content, are owned by San Diego Defense Day or its licensors. Unauthorized use of such materials is prohibited.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless San Diego Defense Day, its affiliates, sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your participation in the Event, including but not limited to claims of negligence, personal injury, or property damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
